These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and bm55 ("bm55," "we," "us," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bm55 online gaming platform available at bm55.biz. By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on bm55, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

One account per person. Duplicate accounts will be suspended.
All bm55 transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso.

Each Player may maintain only one (1) active Account on bm55. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the name, mobile number, payment method, or device used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bm55 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any balances or winnings associated therewith.
bm55 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all registered Players. This Know Your Customer ("KYC") process must be completed before withdrawals are processed and may be required before certain deposit thresholds are exceeded.

bm55 may additionally request proof of address (utility bill or bank statement not older than three months), selfie verification, or source-of-funds documentation as part of enhanced due diligence. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within thirty (30) days of request may result in account suspension and withdrawal restriction.
All financial transactions on bm55 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). bm55 does not accept foreign currency deposits. The following payment methods are accepted on the Platform: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph.
Deposits: Deposits are credited to a Player's Wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers may take between five (5) and thirty (30) minutes depending on the Player's bank. bm55 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though third-party payment providers may apply their own charges independently.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
bm55 reserves the right to conduct additional AML verification checks on withdrawal requests above defined thresholds in accordance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering compliance obligations. Such checks may result in processing delays of up to three (3) business days.

All Games offered on the bm55 Platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game's interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail. bm55 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for applicable Games. RNG-based Games are independently tested and certified for fairness in accordance with PAGCOR requirements. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game session that results in the outcome being undetermined or voided, bm55 will endeavour to reinstate the wager to the Player's Wallet. bm55 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the Player's end.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bm55 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of balances:

bm55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances, among others:
Upon voluntary account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Player's Wallet (net of any bonus funds not satisfying wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to KYC completion.
All intellectual property rights in the bm55 Platform, including but not limited to its software, design, logos, trademarks, game content, and marketing materials, are owned by or licensed to bm55. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Players must not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the bm55 Platform without express written authorisation from bm55. Unauthorised use of bm55 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bm55 excludes all liability for:
Nothing in these Terms shall limit bm55's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any matter for which limitation is prohibited by Philippine law.
These Terms and all matters arising from or in connection with a Player's use of the bm55 Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and bm55, the Player should first contact bm55 customer support to attempt informal resolution. If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be referred to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process as the relevant regulatory authority, or alternatively submitted to the appropriate Philippine courts.
bm55 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on their Account with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the effective date of the change. Continued use of the bm55 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Players who do not agree with any amendment may close their Account prior to the effective date and withdraw any real-money balance in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms.
